How To Use the Quiz Management Add-On?

• Once you purchase and install the Quiz Management Add-On, go to the sidebar and search for it. You will see many pages there.

Dashboard Overview

• Once the Quiz Management Add-On is purchased, you will first land on the Quiz Management dashboard where you can manage all quiz-related activities.
• On the dashboard, you will see a direct link to the quiz which, when copied and accessed, will navigate you to the quiz page on the frontend.
• Besides the quiz link on the dashboard, you will find important statistics like the total number of quizzes created, the total number of questions available, the total number of participants who have attended quizzes, and the total number of results generated.
• Below the statistics, there is a detailed list displaying participant results including the name of the participant, their quiz status (pass or fail), and the quiz name they attempted.
• To the right of the results list, a chart displaying Quiz Analytics is available, providing a visual summary of quiz performance and activity.
• 

Quiz Manage

• After reviewing the dashboard, you can find the Quiz Management Add-On section in the sidebar where five distinct pages are available for managing different aspects of quizzes.
• The first page is for managing quizzes, where you can easily create new quizzes by clicking on the “Create” button provided at the top.
• While creating a quiz, you need to enter the quiz name, select a category from the dropdown menu, and select the quiz questions from the available pool, after which the system automatically generates the total marks based on the chosen questions.
• You are required to set the passing marks for the quiz, select the time limit per question from a dropdown, and the total quiz duration will be calculated automatically based on your selection.
• Additionally, you can choose the color theme for the quiz, set the quiz status as either draft or published, and upload an image representing the quiz.
• After the quiz is created, it appears as an entry on the Quizzes page with all relevant details displayed including the quiz image, quiz name, category, total marks, passing marks, per question time limit, total quiz duration, color, quiz status, and an action column where you can view, edit, or delete the quiz anytime.

Quiz Questions

• The second page is dedicated to managing quiz questions where you can create new questions by clicking on the “Create” button given at the top.
• To create a quiz question, you must enter the question text, select the type of question (MCQ, True/False, or Descriptive), specify the correct answer, and define the marks assigned to that particular question.
• After creating questions, all questions along with their details will be listed on the Quiz Questions page where you can also edit or delete any question as needed.
• 

Quiz Participants

• The third page is for managing quiz participants where you can view a complete list of users who have attended quizzes.
• The participant list shows important details such as the participant’s name, email address, mobile number, name of the quiz attended, quiz start time, quiz end time, and the pass/fail status.
• From this page, you also have the option to delete participant records whenever required.

Quiz Results

• The fourth page is for managing quiz results where you can view the detailed results of all participants who have attempted quizzes
• On the Quiz Results page, you can see important information like the participant’s name, quiz name, score obtained, quiz start time, quiz end time, quiz status (pass or fail), total time taken to complete the quiz, attempt date, and you also have an action column from where you can delete any quiz result easily.

Quiz Category

• The fifth and final page is dedicated to managing quiz categories where you can add new quiz categories that will be visible during the quiz creation process and also to users on the frontend.
• To add a new category, simply click on the “Create” button at the top, enter the name of the new category, and once created, you can edit or delete category names whenever necessary.
• 

Frontend

• After purchasing the Quiz Management Add-On, you can easily create quizzes that will become visible to users on the frontend of the system.
• On the frontend, users first have the option to select their preferred language from a dropdown menu before choosing the quiz they want to attend.
• Once the user selects the quiz, they simply need to click on the “Start Quiz” button and then enter their name, email address, and mobile number to proceed.
• After entering the details, users can begin answering the quiz questions, ensuring they complete it within the time limit that is visibly running as a timer at the top of the quiz interface.
• Once the user completes the quiz, they will immediately see whether they have passed or failed based on the passing score criteria that have been predefined by the backend user.
• To pass the quiz, users must meet or exceed the passing score that was set by the administrator during the quiz creation process.
• This completes the frontend experience for users attending quizzes.
