- On the system settings page, enter the instagram chat webhook URL, Instagram Client ID, and Instagram Access Token. At last click on the save changes button.
- Once you add your credentials, go to the instagram chat page, where you will see a portal in which your instagram ID and chats will be previewed.
- If you send a message from the portal, the message will sent to the client’s instagram ID, and if the client sends any message through instagram it will be visible on the portal of instagram chat.
