Installation
So, the following is the installation process of the Flexible Hours Module with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
The super admin must first add the Flexible Hours Module by following a few steps.
- Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
- In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
- After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
- Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
- Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.
Step 2 : Company Login Steps
Once the Super admin enables the module, the team members will be able to use that module easily.
Step 3 : How to use the Flexible Hours Module
- After purchasing the Flexible Hours Module, go to the business module of BookingGo SaaS, and click on the edit business button.
- Over there you will get to see many options, just click on the staff option.
- After clicking on the staff option, you will get to see a list of staff members. Beside each staff member’s details, there is an action column.
- In that action column, you will get to see a button for flexible hours. If you click on that button you will get an option to add flexible hours.
- Just click on the flexible hours button, add the start time and end time, select the day, add the price, and click on the create button.
- Once you create the flexible hours it will be visible to the users on the frontend.
So, this is how you can use the flexible hours module without facing any difficulties.
