Installation
So, the following is the installation process of the Appointment Review Module with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
The super admin must first add the Appointment Review Module by following a few steps.
- Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
- In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
- After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
- Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
- Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.
Step 2 : Company Login Steps
Once the Super admin enables the module, the team members will be able to use that module easily.
Step 3 : How to use the Appointment Review Module.
- After purchasing the appointment review module go to the system settings of BookingGo SaaS, where you will see an option of Appointment Review.
- Over there you will see a button for rating. You can enable or disable it whenever you want whenever you want. If you enable the button the customers can easily place ratings for your appointments, and if you don’t want customers to add ratings you can disable that button.
- In the email notification settings, enable the appointment status change option to send customers updates about their appointments. If the review status matches the appointment status, a review email will be sent automatically, including a review link for clients to submit or update their reviews.
- Below is a page for appointment review status, where you can change the status of the appointment review from the four options given.
- You can watch the appointment ratings in the appointment module of BookingGo SaaS.
- If you want to see the ratings given to a particular staff member, just go to the business module, and click on the manage business page, where you will get to see multiple options. Just click on the staff option to see the ratings given to a particular staff member.
- Once a review is added, it will be displayed on the review management page, where users can view and update their existing reviews as needed.
