The API Key Settings Page enables you to establish a secure connection between your platform and the Paynow payment gateway. By entering your credentials here, your system gains the ability to process payments, verify transaction statuses, and handle payment operations reliably. This unified setup applies across both Superadmin and Company accounts, ensuring a consistent and secure payment handling experience throughout the platform.
Seamless Plan Payments
This payment method is used on the Superadmin side to facilitate plan purchases. It allows customers to complete a one-time payment to acquire a platform plan of their choice. Every transaction is securely handled through Paynow and monitored in real time for complete transparency and reliability.
Payment Management
This payment method is used on the Company side to collect payments for a wide range of business services and customer transactions, including bookings, appointments, beauty spa services, course purchases (LMS), hotel and room reservations, and other similar services. Companies can confidently accept payments from their customers through Paynow using multiple supported methods such as mobile money, Visa, Mastercard, and Zimswitch. All transactions are processed securely and tracked in real time.
