Workflow

Installation

To begin, the super admin must add the Promo codes add-on by following these steps:

• Log in to the super admin side and navigate to the “add-on manager”.
• Click the “+” (Module Setup) button to include the Add-On.
• Upload the ZIP file for the “Promo Codes Add-On” in the provided box.
• Enable the module once the setup procedure is complete, allowing other customers to purchase this add-on.

Once the super admin enables the add-on, admins can purchase and access the Promo Codes add-on by following these steps:

• Navigate to the “subscription plan” page and select the “usage plan”.
• Locate the Promo Codes add-on and proceed with the purchase.

• After completing the purchase process, go to the sidebar and find out the promo codes module.
• Here you can create new promo codes, just click on the “+” button, add your promo code, and select the rate of discount in “percentage” and “flat rate”.
• After that you will get to see two buttons first is for discount type (percentage/flat rate), and the second button is for once per customer. You can enable and disable it at your convenience. Enabling the discount button allows percentage discounts while disabling it enables flat-rate discounts.
• Below that, you will see a box of services where you can add the service to which you have to apply the promo code. You can choose the service from the options given in the dropdown.
• After that, you have to add the use limit of that code and select the start and the end date of the promo code. At last add the customer limit, by selecting the customers from the dropdown given over there.
• Once you complete this whole process, the promo codes will be applied on that particular service. Customers allowed can use that code to get discounts.
