Installation

Step 1: Super Admin Access

To start, super admin access must be granted for the Google Calendar module. Follow these steps:

• Log in to the super admin dashboard.
• Navigate to the “Add-On Manager” section.
• Click on the “+” (Module Setup) button to initiate the setup process for the Google Calendar module.
• In the module setup, upload the ZIP file for the Google Calendar module.

After completing the setup, enable the Google Calendar module to make it available to your customers.

Step 2: Company Login Settings

Once the super admin has enabled the Google Calendar module, administrators can configure it as follows:

• Go to the “Subscription Plan” page.
• Click on the “Usage Plan” and find the Calendar module.
• Complete the purchase to activate the module.

Step 3: How to Use the Google Calendar Module

After purchasing the module, navigate to the settings page and click on the “System Settings” button.

In the System settings, scroll down to locate the “Calendar” settings.

• Use the button on the right side to “enable” or “disable” Google Calendar settings. If enabled, enter the Google Calendar ID and select a JSON file.
• With these settings enabled, the module provides two-way synchronization between BookingGo and Google Calendar. This means that any updates, additions, or deletions made in either calendar will be automatically reflected in the other, ensuring both calendars remain in sync.

• Step-1 Open your console cloud https://console.cloud.google.com/
• Step-2 Create or select your project
• Step-3 Go to the (library) tab
• Step-4 Enable (Google Calendar API)
• Step-5 Go to the (credentials) tab
• Step-6 Add your service account credentials
  • Add your service account name
  • Add your service account description
  • Click on (done)
• Step-7 Go to the created credentials and click on the (KEYS) tab
• Step-8 Click on add key
  • Select (create new key) option
  • Select key type (json) option

  (that will automatically download a json file in your system)

• Step-9 Go to google calendar
  • Under (my calendar) section select other calendar option
  • Select (create new calendar) option
• Step-10 Add your calendar name & decription
  • Click on create calendar button
• Step-11 Select your created calendar
  • Select your created calendar under (Share with specific people or groups) section click on (add people and group) button
• Step-12 Add your service account gmail select (make change and make sharing) option
• step-13 Under (Integrate calendar) you can see (Calendar ID) copy that ID set in your project
