The Commission Add-On helps businesses automate and track commissions efficiently across invoices, projects, and sales. Users can define commission types as either percentage-based or fixed amounts, ensuring flexibility in agent payouts. For percentage-based commissions, the system calculates the commission based on a set percentage of the total amount, while fixed commissions assign a predetermined value. Agents can be selected for commission distribution, and all transactions are recorded with bank receipts for transparency. This Add-On streamlines commission processing, reducing manual calculations and ensuring accurate payouts.

Easy Commission Plan Setup

Easily set up commissions with percentage-based or fixed options.

The Commission Add-On helps businesses manage commissions easily. On the Commission Plan page, you can create a new plan by clicking the "Create" button. Just add the plan name, start and end dates, and select users—you can choose multiple users at once. After creating the plan, you can edit its details if needed. Then, select the commission type as either a percentage or a fixed amount. This gives businesses the flexibility to decide how commissions are calculated.

Simple Commission Structure

Commission calculations ensure accurate payouts for invoices, projects, and sales.

Once the plan is set, you need to define the commission structure. You can choose a Add-On like invoices from a dropdown list. If you select invoices, then while creating an invoice, you will see an option to choose the commission plan. The assigned agent will be selected automatically. There are two types of commission structures—conditional and unconditional. You can also set commission amounts by entering the "From Amount," "To Amount," and fixed commission value. More structures can be added using the "Create" button.

Easy Commission Receipts

The Commission Receipt page helps you track and create receipts for commissions. Clicking the "Receipt" button will generate a commission receipt. You can then click "Click to Paid," which will send the request to the Bank Transfer Request page. You can also download commission receipts using the "Download" button. This helps keep all commission records in one place.

Quick and Secure Payments

Process agent commissions efficiently with secure and documented payment methods.

Paying commissions is simple with Dash SaaS. On the Receipt page, you will see a "Pay Now" button next to each receipt. Clicking it will process the payment, and the entry will move to the Bank Transfer Request page. Here, admins can approve or decline payments using the action column. This system makes sure that commissions are paid on time and properly recorded.
