Installation

So, the following is the installation process of the HelpDesk Module with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.

Step 1 : Super Admin Access

The super admin must first add the HelpDesk Module by following a few steps.

  • Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
  • In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
  • After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
  • Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
  • Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.
  • Afterward, go to the sidebar and find the helpdesk page, where you will see two subpages.
  • The first subpage is named tickets where you can see all the tickets sent by admins, and reply to them including details like subject, email, assigned to, category, status, created by, created time, reply to the ticket, details, edit the ticket, and delete the ticket.
  • The second page is for the system setup, where you can create new categories, and new helpdesk status.

Step 2 : Company Login Steps

Once the Super admin enables the module, the team members will be able to use that module easily.

Step 3 : How to use the HelpDesk Module

  • After purchasing the module, go to the sidebar and find out the helpdesk module.
  • Over here you can see and reply to the tickets sent by super admin.
  • You can also view the details like ticket ID, subject, Email, Assigned to, category, status, created, and created by the person. There is also an action column through which you can reply to tickets, view the details, edit the tickets, and delete the tickets whenever you want.
  • Upon clicking on the ticket ID given at the beginning you can see all the details of the tickets.
