Configuring Waiting Appointments
The Waiting List Module offers easy configuration options through the settings page. Businesses can specify the number of waiting appointments allowed for each service. This customization ensures that the waiting list aligns with the business’s capacity to accommodate additional appointments, providing a controlled and manageable way to handle overflow.
Flexible Appointment Handling
The Waiting List Module provides businesses with the flexibility to handle appointment overflow effectively. Staff can manually manage the waiting list, selecting customers to fill in available slots as they open up. This approach allows businesses to prioritize loyal or high-value customers and maintain a personalized touch in their booking process, ensuring that service remains high-quality and customer-focused.
Enhancing Customer Satisfaction
By offering a waiting list option, businesses demonstrate their commitment to accommodating customer needs. This feature reduces frustration for customers unable to secure their preferred appointment time initially. Knowing they have a chance to get an appointment if a slot becomes available keeps customers engaged and satisfied. Additionally, businesses can gather valuable data on service demand, helping them adjust offerings and staffing to better meet customer needs.
