Setting up Sub-domain and Custom domain:

Setting up an easy to reach link to your business [store] is indeed important. StoreGo allows you to set it up with just simple clicks. Here’s how you can set-up your store link, set-up your custom domain and sub-domain.

Login to you company account -> on the left navigation bar, click on store settings and select store settings in the menu -> in there you’ll find below options to set-up

Store link:

Upon clicking on the “Store link” button, you’ll get a link directly redirecting to your specific store; which you can share with your end-users for quick access.

Custom Domain:

In order to make thePaySlip changes here, you need to ensure domain A record is pointing to the server the site is hosted on. To ensure that,

Open Cpanel -> Click on domains -> you’ll be able to make the required changes here.

Once the changes are done,

Login to the company/ owner account  on the left navigation, click on store settings and select store settings from there  click on “Domain” button and enter the domain name (abc.com) that you wish to set and save changes in the system.

Sub-domain:

Setting up domain name is important and equally important is to set up a sub-domain link for the end-users to access your store directly.

Here’s how you can do it,

Login to the company/ owner account -> on the left navigation, click on store settings and select store settings from there -> click on “Sub-Domain” button and enter the sub-domain (mystore.abc.com) name that you wish to set and save changes in the system.
